Hi all, I am wondering if there is a way I can refresh my seats without having to replace them. The yellow is looking faded. I have heard there is a dye but am a little leary about that, but if thats what I got to use do any of you know what and where to get it? Thank You for your help Christi Oh by the way I LOVE MY 1998 PACE CAR

Hi Christi. I have not had any experience using any "dye" to refresh leather seats, and I would be a little nervous doing that since it may crack as the seats heat up. I would recommend that you contact Mid America Motorworks. They do sell a line of spray finishes for interiors, but I would recommend you call and talk to them on the phone to confirm this is a good idea. They also have their own upholstery shop so they should be able to give you some good advice. Here is the link to the product they sell.... www.mamotorworks.com/corvette-c5-color-coat-interior-paint+1997+2004-performance-choice-1-58-3474.htmlUsually these just come in standard colors (black, gray, etc.), so I think you may have a time finding yellow to match your seats, but good luck. There are people out there who have NOS seat covers still squirreled away that occasionally show up on Ebay, etc.. They are not cheap, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and once they are gone they are gone. I am unaware of anyone who is making repro seat covers for Pace cars.... but I could be wrong. Bob
