how do i find out what 1978 pace car s were fastival cars

Unfortunately we do not have records dating back that far in our possession, however we are aware of only one other car we have seen wearing a number 34 on the windshield that claimed to be a valid event car. Camaro's played the role of Festival cars that year. We have the (4) "real" pace cars documented on our members only library.
Do you have any documentation or knowledge of your car being a track or festival car? If so, would you like to share it with the Registry?
If anyone out there can assist, please jump in.

In 1978, GM used Monte Carlo's and Camaro's as "Festival Cars". I'm not sure on the number of festival cars GM sent to Indy but all the festival cars were Monte Carlo's and Camaro's. One more thing... I believe all the Monte Carlo's were white, I'm not sure on the Camaro's.
And of course there were the four (well documented) Corvettes.
