Would anyone know if Ricky Rudd drove a 2003 Corvette Convertible pace car (parade laps only) prior to the 2003 Brick Yard 400

I'm not sure what you mean by "drove prior to"? There are several uses for event vehicles at the race, one for track / official persons use, like mayor, etc., and the other for the 500 Festival committee (Indy 500) or driver introductions. The drivers themselves would not have driven the cars. For 2003, Monte Carlo was the Brickyard Pace car, and at that time if I remember, they used Silverados for driver intros, but I could be mistaken. We have no evidence of Corvette being used during the 2003 Brickyard.
I suppose it is possible there was some special parade lap, but we have no info on that either.
Do you have some info that indicates they were used?
